Power battery pack

For passenger cars, commercial vehicles, logistics vehicles, heavy equipment and other areas of power battery use, our project team will provide development, design, simulation, optimisation, moulding, prototyping, delivery of finished products, system integration and after-sales services according to the actual needs of the customer, such as temperature difference, pressure drop, pressure resistance, internal runners and external interfaces, etc. The components are in the form of brazed cold plates, machined cold plates, serpentine bends, battery cases, etc.

Energy storage battery packs

Our project team will provide liquid cooling plate structure design, thermal interface material selection, piping layout, water cooler selection and other supporting services according to the actual needs of customers, such as space arrangement inside the container, cell parameters, temperature difference, pressure drop, pressure resistance, etc. We provide services in the form of brazed cold plates, machined cold plates, serpentine bends, separated pallets, integrated pallets, etc.

High heat flow density scenarios

Including inverter heat transfer, IGBT heat transfer, transistor heat transfer, IDC indirect liquid cooling, PV panel liquid cooling, etc. Production of liquid-cooled plates/liquid-cooled bends to meet customer's heat transfer requirements according to design drawings. And through subsequent processing (e.g. CNC, wire cutting, CMT welding) to adapt to the customer's required structure.
